Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment, November 2 - 13, is when employees can make changes to their benefit elections effective January 1, 2021.

If making a plan change, adding or removing a dependent, or re-enrolling in a flexible spending account, you must complete Open Enrollment in BannerWeb.

Your To-Do List
  1. Download the Open Enrollment Guide or view the Open Enrollment FlipBook or brainshark video and review changes to your benefits options.
  2. Attend an Information Session to take full advantage of your benefits.
  3. Meet ALEX, your personal guide! Alex will walk you through your options and help you choose the plan that's best for you.
  4. Complete Open Enrollment in BannerWeb between 11/2/20 - 11/13/20. Check back closer to November 2 for step-by-step instructions.
  5. Check the chart on page 8 of the Open Enrollment Guide regarding other forms that may be required annually or when making a change.
