Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment, November 4 - 15, is when employees can make changes to their benefit elections effective January 1, 2020.

ALL EMPLOYEES are required to complete online open enrollment in BannerWeb, EVEN IF you are not making changes to your benefits.

Your To-Do List
  1. Download the Open Enrollment Guide and review changes to your benefits options.
  2. Attend an Information Session AND a Benefits Fair to take full advantage of your benefits.
  3. Meet ALEX, your personal guide! He'll walk you through your options and help you choose the plan that's best for you.
  4. Complete Open Enrollment in BannerWeb between 11/4/19 - 11/15/19. For help, use our Step-by-Step Instructions.
    All enrollment forms can also be found here, including the Spousal Surcharge form, which you must complete if covering a spouse on your medical insurance.
