Open Enrollment is October 31 through November 11

Benefits Open Enrollment is the only time during the year that University employees (staff and faculty) can make changes to their benefit elections effective January 1, 2023 without a qualifying life event.

You’ll use the WEX Benefits Portal to enroll in your benefits.

  1. Download the Benefits Open Enrollment Guide, view the flipbook, and/or watch the video to review your benefits options
  2. Attend an Information Session and Benefits Fair to learn about your benefits and get answers to your questions
  3. Complete Open Enrollment in your WEX Benefits Portal between October 31 and November 11, 2022. Keep an eye out for emails from WEX Benefits - all communications will come from WEX Benefits.
