  1. Read the following:
  2. Direct your employee to fill out the Parental Leave Form.
  3. Ensure leave is reported correctly:
    • Review leave-reporting expectations with your employee.
    • Approve your employee’s monthly leave reports as soon as possible. This is extremely important. Failure to approve on time may negatively affect the employee.
  4. Direct your employee to the Parental Leave Policy for their next steps.
