Manager Development
The University of Richmond fosters an environment of lifelong learning and professional development. Employees of the University have access to a wide variety of programs, courses, and learning events that contribute to personal career enrichment. Whether an employee chooses to complete a class online, attend an instructor led seminar over lunch, receive individual performance coaching, or pursue a degree, there is something to help each employee achieve their development goals.

Launching into Leadership
Have you recently taken on a new leadership role? Or are you looking to retool your leadership skills Launching into Leadership is a workshop series designed to give you the tools and confidence for your journey to becoming a successful leader.
This six-part, cohort-style program aims to provide participants with the basic skills and information to lead others in a formal supervisory role and build relationships with peers across the institution.
