3. Apply for a parking pass and/or a GRTC bus pass 

4. Read and start tasks on the New Employee Checklist

Summer Camp Counselors: Complete the forms in step 1 above only, and complete Child Abuse Training.

Your First Day

  1. Come to Human Resources on the morning of your first day to turn in all paperwork.
  2. New Employee Orientation (NEO) takes place for our full- and part-time faculty and staff members every other Monday. Your Talent Acquisition Specialist will schedule you to attend NEO on your first or second Monday of employment. On your designated day for NEO come to Human Resources (first floor of Weinstein Hall). You will hear from various leaders from across the University and cover topics such as UR culture, working in higher education, safety, and benefits. NEO is for permanent faculty and staff members only.
  3. Bring the printed, completed forms as listed above, as well as your signed offer letter (if applicable).
  4. Come prepared with acceptable forms of ID.
