Benefits Fairs
Meet with benefits vendors, including Cigna and Delta Dental to discuss your plan options. Cigna can help you find a primary care physician (PCP), and you can complete your Health Assessment and get started earning up to $200 with MotivateMe.
Get your free flu and COVID shots at the Benefits Fairs! No appointment is needed but you must bring your insurance card.

Mobile Mammograms
URHR has partnered with Cigna to bring a Mobile Mammography Van to campus again this year at our Benefit Fairs! Mammograms will be available from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. and advanced registration is strongly encouraged!
Registration:
- Register by calling the Sentara scheduling line at 703-523-1560. Please note that wait times can be extended. To avoid waiting on the phone, press 1 after selecting your language to request a call back from the scheduler.
- When you reach the Sentara scheduler, you will be asked where you want your mammogram. Please specify that you want to schedule a mammogram with the Mobile Mammogram Van at University of Richmond’s Benefit Fairs.
Insurance Information:
- You don’t need to be on the university’s health insurance plan to participate. If using Medicaid please bring your information.
Appointments:
- On-site registration takes about 10 minutes and the mammogram will take about 10 minutes. Please arrive about 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Screenings run from 9am-1pm. Advanced Registration is strongly encouraged!
To be eligible for a mammogram women must:
- Be over age 40 – do not need a physician's order
- If under age 40 – must provide a physician's order when scheduling, and must bring physician's order to appointment
- Bring an insurance card or Medicaid information, your doctor’s contact information, a photo ID and the name of the practice where you had your last mammogram (if applicable).
Reminder, preventive mammograms should be scheduled at least one year apart.
