Benefits Fairs

Meet with benefits vendors, including insurance representatives, to explore your plan options. We will provide a list of vendors closer to the benefits fairs.

Don’t forget to get your free flu shot at the Benefits Fairs!
No appointment is needed — just bring your insurance card.

You can also schedule a mammogram appointment during the Benefits Fairs!
Pre-registration is required. To register for a 15-minute appointment, please call 703-523-1560. Make sure you bring your photo ID and your insurance card. Please note the locations and times during each fair:

Open Enrollment Labs

In addition to the three Benefit Fairs where employees can register for their 2027 benefits onsite, Human Resources will also host an Open Enrollment Lab for those who would like additional assistance.

We encourage you to bring your own laptop if you have one. Loaner devices will be available onsite, but using your own computer may help reduce wait times at both the Benefit Fairs and Lab sessions.
