Medical Coverage will remain with our current carrier, Anthem. We will continue to offer three medical plan choices in 2027: two high-deductible health plans and an open access plan (the current Choice plan). There are no changes to plan designs for 2027.

The Anthem Sydney Health app
The Sydney Health app is a free Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield app that gives you fast and convenient access to your health insurance information right on your phone. Family Advocate
An Anthem Family Advocate answers your questions and walks you through the healthcare system to assist with navigating the healthcare system. Each employee is assigned a Family Advocate who can help you and your covered family members with your Anthem coverage needs.
