The URWell MotivateMe Program

MotivateMe is the University’s Incentive program through Cigna. All full-time employees, not just those enrolled with Cigna, are eligible annually to earn gift cards for participating in well-being activities.

In this rewards program, you can participate in simple activities that align with our dimensions of wellness including regular exercise, doctor’s exams, UR employee events and more.
