Legal Services Plan

Coverage

Legal Resources provides a variety of legal services for University of Richmond full-time employees with the cost of the attorney fees fully covered by the employee's monthly premium. There are no additional fees for the following basic covered services:

  • Identity theft
  • Unlimited consultation and advice
  • Wills and estate planning
  • Traffic court
  • Real estate
  • Family law
  • Elder law

In addition to these basic services, other legal consultations and services are covered at a discount to the employee.

Cost

The cost is $18.00 per month for you, your spouse, and children up to age 26 for a 12-month commitment.

Enrollment

A full-time employee is eligible to enroll during the first 31 days of their employment or during annual open enrollment. Please note that coverage may only be changed during the open enrollment period. However, an employee whose eligibility status changes during the year may be eligible to make changes to their current coverage within 31 days of the status change.

Parent Coverage Discount

Now, the parents of Legal Resources Members receive legal services at a 25% discount on attorney fees and/or legal assistant/paralegal fees when using a Legal Resources Network Law Firm. Contact the Member Services Department with any questions at 800-728-5768 or LegalResources.com.
