Human Resources and Health Promotion strive to provide collaborative programs and services to promote the eight dimensions of well-being that will have a positive impact on the health and well-being of University employees (staff & faculty), their dependents, and the university.
It is our mission to create and sustain a culture of health and well-being for University employees and their dependents through quality programs in order to:
- Empower employees and their dependents to maintain and improve health
- Coordinate the highest quality health and well-being programs, resources, and opportunities
- Reduce health risks, prevent disease, and manage chronic conditions
- Build an environment that supports the health and well-being of employees
- Provide programs and support to meet individual needs
