Compliance Training

Compliance is an essential component to the University’s success and is directly linked to the University’s Strategic Plan to create a thriving and inclusive campus community.

As a University, we are committed to creating a professional learning community where all individuals feel safe, valued, and respected. A robust compliance program helps us develop and reinforce a shared set of values and expectations that influence how we interact and collaborate with one another. We are a community that embraces institutional integrity in all that we do.
Training helps every employee develop a baseline knowledge of their compliance responsibilities.

All new employees are required to participate in an in-person Title IX training within their first 60 days of employment. Online training sessions in cybersecurity and emergency preparedness will also be assigned to new employees. Depending on an employee’s specific role and department, additional training may be required.

In addition to the required modules, training is available to all employees on a range of compliance topics. Register for training in UR Talent Web.
