Human Resources Initiatives

Human Resources is preparing to lead an inclusive effort to improve the work environment for staff.  This is a two part initiative developing a Career Framework and reviewing our Performance Management process.

These projects will include working with staff at all levels to develop a career framework that provides clarity about the skills and competencies required for each position across the University.

Concurrently, conducting a review of our current staff Performance Management process. Our goal is to design a process that supports staff and supervisors in having meaningful conversations about performance.

These projects will require input and help from staff at all levels across the University.  Please plan to join Human Resources for a town hall meetings regarding both of these important initiatives.
