Human Resources Initiatives

Human Resources is leading an inclusive effort to improve the work environment for staff. This is a two-part initiative developing a Career Framework and reviewing our Performance Management process.

These projects will include working with staff at all levels to develop a career framework that provides clarity about the skills and competencies required for each position across the University.

Concurrently, we are conducting a review of our current staff Performance Management process. Our goal is to design a process that supports staff and supervisors in having meaningful conversations about performance. These projects requires input and help from staff at all levels across the University.
