Parking Services

Parking Services issues parking decals to all Employees for parking in designated areas. Decals are issued annually by registering the vehicle(s) with Parking Services at http://oncampus.richmond.edu/administration/police/parking/assign.htm. Valid parking permits and decals must be displayed at all times. The parking and traffic regulations of the University are designed to best maintain an orderly flow of traffic on campus and to best utilize the existing parking facilities. To accomplish these goals, it is necessary for all motor vehicles (including motorcycles, golf carts and mopeds) owned or operated by faculty, staff or students to be registered with Parking Services on an annual basis. All vehicles registered and operated on campus must be properly licensed and inspected for mechanical condition in accordance with the laws of the state in which the vehicle is registered for operation.
