Your Supervisor

Your supervisor is your first point of contact with the University. He or she will help you adapt to your work environment and will be responsible for your day-to-day assignments. Department directors and managers are also available to help you and your supervisor maintain a productive relationship with each other and the University. If at any time you have questions, concerns, or suggestions about your work, University policies, or the operation of the University, see your supervisor.

While he or she is not authorized to modify or amend a policy, nor is a supervisor's interpretation of a policy or procedure final and binding, he or she may provide helpful insight as needed.
