Consulting and Employee Relations
The department of Consulting and Employee Relations provides assistance to managers and employees on disciplinary actions, difficult workplace situations, reorganizations and restructuring of positions, conflict resolution, and guidance in relation to the University of Richmond's policies and procedures.
