Applying for a Job

The University of Richmond requires individuals to complete an online application before they apply for positions. Hard copy applications and resumes are not accepted.

The online employment system is easy to use and allows you to create and edit your application, apply for specific jobs, attach your resume, and track the status of jobs to which you have applied. You can do all of this 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, wherever you have Internet access.

Using the online application process you can:
  • View an entire job description online.
  • Make a password-protected account through which you can maintain or update your online employment application.
  • Search and apply for positions from any location at any time 24/7.
  • Answer job-related questions from the hiring supervisor.
  • Attach files (such as resumes, samples of work, cover letters) that will be viewable to the hiring supervisor.

If you require help accessing a computer, visit the Human Resources office.
The University of Richmond values diversity in its faculty, staff, and student bodies. We welcome applications from diverse candidates and candidates who support diversity.
